Formerly known as Innovusion
Seyond, formerly known as Innovusion, faced a significant milestone in its corporate journey: a complete rebranding. Announced in December 2023, just one month before CES 2024, the company transitioned from Innovusion to Seyond, symbolizing its growth and commitment to pushing the boundaries of LiDAR technology. This rebrand posed a unique challenge: how to seamlessly showcase their new identity at CES 2024 while maintaining consistency in their trade show presence.
Adding to this complexity was Seyond's evolving exhibit strategy. Over the years, their booth sizes and configurations at CES had varied significantly—from a sprawling 50x50 booth in 2022 to a compact yet impactful 20x30 double-decker design in 2025. This required a highly flexible and scalable approach to exhibit design that could adapt to both their branding evolution and changing functional needs.

Flexibility and Customization
Seyond leveraged Steelhead Productions' innovative Access Model, which provides rental-only exhibit solutions designed for flexibility and customization. This model allowed Seyond to adapt its booth size and design year-over-year without the constraints of owning permanent assets.

Designing for the Moment
2022-2023: During this period, Seyond (as Innovusion) utilized larger booth footprints (50x50 and 50x60) to emphasize its growing presence in the LiDAR industry.
2024: Following the rebrand to Seyond, they expanded further with a 50x70 booth at CES. The design highlighted their new identity while maintaining continuity with their established reputation.
2025: In a strategic shift, Seyond opted for a smaller 20x30 double-decker booth. This compact yet vertical design prioritized meeting spaces over floor space, creating an exclusive VIP experience on the second level—perfect for high-value interactions with key stakeholders.
Steelhead's collaborative process ensured that each booth was tailored to Seyond's specific goals for that year. From large-scale brand visibility to intimate client meetings, the designs reflected Seyond's evolving priorities while keeping costs manageable through the Access Model.
