    In the fall of 2021, Affinitiv, a leader in automotive industry marketing and software solutions, teamed up with Steelhead Productions to dramatically transform their exhibit at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Show.  

    Traditionally overshadowed by competitors’ more dynamic booths, Affinitiv was determined to make a standout impression at the upcoming 2022 NADA Show. They chose Steelhead, known for innovative trade show designs, to help realize this vision.

    Clear Collaboration

    Our inaugural project with Affinitiv for NADA 2022 featured a 30x50 booth with traffic-stopping waterfall LED features, creating an engaging space for demos and meetings. Buoyed by this success, Affinitiv aimed even higher for NADA 2024. Leveraging our deepened partnership and a commitment to bold, tech-forward displays, we expanded their exhibit to a 40x50 space, incorporating state-of-the-art design elements to ensure visibility and impact.

    Design Freedom

    Utilizing Steelhead’s flexible Access Model, we seamlessly increased Affinitiv’s footprint by 500 square feet. This model allowed Affinitiv to remain agile and innovative, free from the constraints of owning and maintaining permanent exhibit assets. Our custom rental solutions empower them to continuously evolve their booth designs, ensuring each show is a fresh, compelling representation of their brand.

Striking Architecture

At NADA 2024, Affinitiv’s booth was a marvel of open design and striking architecture, featuring a prominent cantilevered canopy that drew eyes and foot traffic from across the show floor. The dynamic arrangement of geometric shapes and bold colors underscored Affinitiv’s brand strength and confidence. This impactful design enhanced Affinitiv’s brand identity and demonstrated Steelhead’s expertise in crafting memorable trade show experiences.
